SHIPPING COSTS DEPEND ON YOUR ORDER SIZE (CUBIC WEIGHT) AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. YOU CAN GET AN ESTIMATE OF THE SHIPPING COSTS ON THE MY CART PAGE BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT.

WE PREFER PAYPAL AND ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (MASTER VISA  DISCOVER SORRY NO AMERICAN EXPRESS).

WE SHIP ORDERS WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY, BUT PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS, UNLESS IT IS AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME.

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS (UNITED STATES) WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS OR UPS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED BY USPS OR DHL DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY.

OUR SYSTEM MAY ERROR AND AUTHORIZE YOUR CARD MORE THAN ONCE. USUALLY THESE AUTHORIZATIONS ARE JUST “PENDING” AND DROP OFF YOUR STATEMENT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. WE MAY CANCEL AN ORDER DUE TO SEVERAL REASONS:
1) THERE WERE DUPLICATE ORDERS. WE WILL CANCEL ONE OF THE DUPLICATE ORDERS TO ENSURE YOU ARE NOT CHARGED TWICE.
